Jenny Wang, COO and Head of Asset Management at Sunrise Real Estate said: “This letting highlights the significant demand that exists for modern, high-quality logistics properties with strong sustainability credentials in this location. We’re hugely proud of this scheme and look forward to welcoming Restore Plc to its new base in the North East.”
