Join East Durham Business Network for a B2B networking event taking place later this month.
The event will give attendees the chance to tell the network and its members about their environmental challenges and find out about the opportunities available to overcome these.
About this event
The event will take place on Tuesday, 28th June, at the Mirrorball Room at Hallgarth, the Manor House Hotel, Pittington, Durham, DH6 1AB.
Networking and registration will open from 8.30am and the event itself will start at 9am.
As always there will be an introduction from chairman of the East Durham Business Network, Paul Wellstead. This will be followed by an update from East Durham Business magazine editor Leanne Fawcett.
June 5th, 2022, was World Environment Day and recent global events have shown how, as businesses, we are so vulnerable to spikes in energy costs and materials shortages.
This has made the need to become more resource efficient and sustainable a business essential, not just ‘nice to have’ luxury.
Hence, we’re hosting this B2B business event and we would welcome the opportunity to find out how your business is managing with these environmental challenges. We’d also love to hear about the range of environmental opportunities this can offer businesses to become more profitable, resilient and sustainable in both the short and long term.
So please come and join us with at the Mirror Ball Room at Hallgarth, The Manor House Hotel.
** Priority will be given to businesses located in the East Durham region – Seaham, Peterlee, Shotton Colliery, Castle Eden, Horden, Blackhall, Sedgefield, Durham, Wingate, Bowburn, The Trimdons and Ferryhill **
