East Durham’s Wellbeing for Life team is offering free support to anyone aged over 16 who lives or works in County Durham.
The team, based at Heathworks in Easington, offers help in areas including weight management, healthy eating, physical activity and mental health and wellbeing.
During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Wellbeing for Life staff have been offering people support and advice over email, phone and video call consultations with over 9,000 people from across the county benefitting.
And as winter draws nearer, the team is urging anyone who thinks they would benefit to get in touch.
