GEM Partnership has announced a key appointment which will enhance the services it offers clients, providing them with a single solution to their recruitment and training needs.
Alison Golsworthy-Miller joins the company as Business Development Consultant with over 25 years’ experience within training, recruitment and business development.
The appointment is seen as a major addition to the GEM Partnership group, which includes GEM Premium People, GEM Training, GEM Professional Services and GEM Talent Search.
Alison’s remit is to support companies with their training and recruitment requirements with a major focus on the Government’s Apprenticeship Levy, and to ensure they’re receiving the right advice and guidance to maximise their share of the levy.
Cheshire-born Alison, who is married and has one grown up daughter, said: “I have worked within the training, recruitment and business development sectors for many years and I now believe I am in my perfect role.
“My role means I can support businesses to grow either through upskilling of current workforces, new apprenticeships into business to support long term succession planning, recruiting key personnel or supporting via temporary workforce and giving people opportunity through pre-employment training.
“For me it’s all about partnership working and giving businesses the right advice and support – it has to fit with their priorities and that’s a key thing not just for me but for GEM Partnership.”
