A Peterlee recruitment specialist has been awarded a top international accreditation for the investment it makes in its workforce.
GEM Premium People, based on the North West Industrial Estate, has secured the Investors in People award.
The award was given to GEM for its continued commitment to its staff, who are always given the opportunity to move up the career ladder within the company if they show the right attitude and work ethic.
